We’re excited to announce a fresh face in Signature Kitchens, Jessica Mahoney! Jessica is a Vero Beach native but moved to St. Augustine, FL, in order to attend Flagler College. There, she studied communications and worked for a few marketing firms before she decided her path was destined for design. Moving back to Vero, she started attending design school and served on the board of directors for ASID (American Society of Interior Designers), volunteering with vendors at the Design Center of America in Fort Lauderdale. Shortly after, she began interning with us at Signature Kitchens of Vero Beach, and we couldn’t be happier to have her on board full time.

“I’m excited to continue my growth in this industry,” Jessica said. “It is an ever-changing industry, and there is never a dull moment. I love the excitement of change and aesthetic of new and restored [spaces].”

Jessica will be joining our existing team of designers and cabinetry specialist working on both construction and renovation projects.

“I live for the before and afters. I love making someone’s everyday life a little better because of good design. I know what a well-thought-out designed space can do for efficiency and ease of living and really try hard to know what clients are looking for even if they don’t know what they want…” Jessica said. “People making memories in a space you helped make part of their life really is the driving force behind what I do.”

In addition to designing, Jessica will also assist in space planning, selections, and layout as well as keeping a close eye on budgets, easing the worries of our clients.

As the Florida lifestyle lends itself to be an active one, Jessica capitalizes on this. She pulls inspiration from nature. “I spend a lot of time outdoors. Nature has always been a huge inspiration for me and I pull a lot of design ideas from nature itself,” Jessica said.
